I used to be super into Gantz maybe 2.5-4 years ago. It was my favorite manga, I used to love it when new chapters came out, but lately, in the past year I just feel like the quality of the story has become terrible. Back when I was into it I would've rated it a 9.0-9.5, now I feel like it would be generous giving it a 7.0 rating. 36161l

At one point I used to use another website to track when the public raws would hit the internet so I could keep checking mangaupdates every 10-20 mins that day to read the chapter, now when a chapter comes out I neglect it for up to a week. FARMLAND SAGA IS MORE EXCITING.

I usually hate when manga go into long hiatus (Ubel Blatt, Berserk style) but this one needs to go into some type of hiatus for the writer to take a break and think of how the story should progress. At the moment it feels like I'm reading some bad shounen manga in which the writer wrote up the story for each chapter at the last minute.
