i took the picture of the sky during that one hellish week when the santa ana winds tore through southern california and unleashed a rage of fire across the place....the smoke blew all the way to my house, and despite of the horrible fire, the picture came out great!

the avatar looks simple but cost me 3 hours, along with the signature, 🙄
