Just a light read especially after a full re-read of Fruits Basket. Quite nice to see the kids of the characters we love, even though it would've been much nicer to see the OG characters, the little hints on their happy lives are enough.

I was especially emotional after they showed Momiji's daughter, and how she says that her aunt works with her father - Momiji's little sister knows who he is and he finally has the sweet happy family he deserves!

I just got the third and final volume and I liked the story, even though I was hoping to see more Sohma children because we only got to meet the kids of a handful. I don't want to spoil anything, and there really isn't any outward romance, but I liked the hints to the potential romance even if I'm not a fan of

older woman, younger man and time it's heavily hinted something might be blossoming between Shiki and Sawa.

They just started English release (July 2018) for these. So far, it's not too bad. They never explicitly state which Sohma kid belongs to which previous character, but it's pretty obvious. Reverse roles emotionally. I have some high hopes after the first volume.
your mangaka. If you can't buy it, request your local library to order it! ?

So far, I don't like it. I really dislike the main character, as well as the other characters. The author should've tried to do something a little bit different.
Fruits Basket its my absolute favourite manga, but this was complety unnecesary.

i liked the references on not turning into a cat when hugged and hanajima (I think it's Hanachan brother ^_^) sensei's curse offerings...I look forward to reading more of this

The chapters are short because this is a web manga. We have an interesting switch where it's the female lead who needs the emotional help, and some next generation Sohma boys who are going to give it to her.

Three Sohma children have been introduced as of chapter 6. They appear to be the sons of Yuki/Machi, Tohru/Kyo and Haru/Rin, although this is unconfirmed.
