“Incest” sugarcoated and too many plot holes

It will not be possible for me to give a spoiler-free review. If it's not a problem for you, go ahead and read the hidden part as well...otherwise stop short. Initially I thought it was a story where the younger sister finds herself with 4 overprotective older brothers, with whom she then grows up and experiences different situations. Only to fall in love with the ML and find himself in scenes where these brothers “corner” him...but that's not really the case. As already stated by the title there is softened “incest,” and missing explanations of plot. Final rating: 5.75 (which is displayed as 5.8).

SPOILER:

From here on the spoiler part. 1- True, FL realizes almost immediately that Lision is not her brother, but up to that point he was to her. 2- It is said that FL is “the interpreter” but they never explained (or at least in the translation I read it was not explained) 3- They say that this ability is inherited and that she inherited it from her mother and NO EXPLANATIONS are given as to who the mother is etc. 4- It turns out that all sorcerer families may have their own stone to neutralize side effects in using magic, but these stones are created from time to time by the FL...does this mean that when she is gone it will be back to where it was before? 5- The stories also of the siblings. Of the eldest of the 3 males is given contentment with the fact that he made the confession to the one he loves...and the youngest just barely hinted at the affair with the FL's best friend 6- The ML's mom who is she? It is said that the princess is the sister of the crown prince, but from the looks of it the mother is supposed to be the same but she is not. 7- The story of FL's parents! It is said that since the previous duke's wife was sick he never touched anyone else...but then a sister pops up.

I honestly do not recommend reading this manhwa at all; it was 3 days wasted.

Don't know how to say this without spoiling it, but if you were wondering about end game,

YES, THIS IS INCEST depending on how you look at it. The end game is the black-haired "stepbrother" with no blood relations to her, but she was led to believe he's her brother and grew up with him as her brother. Don't know if it's just me but it came across like he was grooming her too since it seems like he can't wait until she becomes an adult.

So if this is an ick to you, I suggest do not read it.

I honestly came into this thinking this would be a nice little long-lost family toon, but turns out the endgame is her black-haired brother. So this is for people who are wanting to know.

The story is just so-so, nothing to write home about. The usual cliche magic royal family stuff. No crazy conflicts or storylines, really, just something you'd read if you don't wanna think. Art is amazing, though, so at least there's that.

It's got all the right ingredients that I enjoy. It's just unbearably boring. This is that kind of story that NEEDS beautiful, expressive art to make up for its generic AF story and characters. The art is so basic and static. I forget who's who the moment they're out of eyesight. None of them have memorabilia traits or ticks or character/fashion designs. The setting and world building is just so freaking bland.

Love it or hate it, a work should evoke something ionate in its reader. This...is so bland. There's nothing I recommend here, not even for a slow, can't-decide-on-what-to-do afternoon read.
