I know it's kinda similar to males falling in love first but the difference is that the guys's attitudes or mannerisms turn into a complete 180 degrees when it comes to the girl. No yaoi/shounen ai because there is an abundance of that lol. Thanks for the help!

They eventually work their feelings out, and once that happens they face a lot of challenges in their relationship. The interactions between them and their constant hiding of feelings makes for some interesting plot twists. 😃
