I can see this having a pretty cop-out reset-button ending. It will probably come down to Yukiteru and Yuno having to fight each other, with Yuki coming out as the victor, and after he becomes the god of space/time, he'll set everything back to the way it was. 39504h

i dont think so, if it comes to only Yukiteru and Yuno alive, it´s pretty likely Yuno will kill herself so Yukiteru would win, , Yuno is completely devoted to Yukiteru, and has already sacrificed herself before (with the hand granade that ended up being a flash granade).

To be honest I can't even decide what I think the ending will be, I guess I'm unsure if they should let Yuno live, I man damn shes a phyco, hmm well actually that said Yuno probably ends up dieing, then Yuki survives but for some reason doesn't become the god of space and time? Hey come on, are serious about what you're saying?! Guy come on ! Stop reading only with your eyes. I mean use your head. 😀 Think about which character are you talking about. Yuno is a PSYCHO. That's the only thing that can be considered as certain. I kinda doubt about your haste conclusion.
I'm pretty sure sure that Yuno has some hidden secrets at least one. And I wouldn't be wrong saying that she knew that it was actually a flashbomb and not a grenad. Oh you're asking proofs?!
Did you get how she said that Yuki was lying about saying that Yuno was his girlfriend? You got the idea?! And how about the wedding thingie?! It seems that she was aware about what she was doing, and actually all that she did was thought and carefully planed. I'm sure we will soon have what she's hidding. And the two skull heads in her bag at the end of the 5th volume say a lot for me. Dont you agree?

I'm dying to know what the Happy Ending means, as it comes up in her diary the same way that a DEAD END would. Im thinking that could play a major role in who wins, because maybe her diary wins if yukiteru is alive with her at the end... or maybe her challenge is to keep yukiteru alive till that day comes for her to win... or sumthing like that, i don't know, i just really think it is cool.

i recon it will come down to 3 ppl and yuki will die to save yuno, then yuno will kill the other diary holder and then revers time to save yuki.

Ya, thats wut irritates me >.>. Hmm on 2nd though though the whole apprentice thing would make a lot of sense if the apprentices couldn't win, and they were underlings of the origonal diary holders. So if your the apprentice of diary holder 8, and #8 wins, you get to be the underling of a god.

Maybe its just the 8th diary holder that can create apprentices. Think of it this way, the 8th diary is probably an internet blog site with the ability to recieve futur blogs so what happened in chap 25 was that the 8th diary holder sent Kosaka's future blog entries to him so this way its like being able to "see" the futur.
