Hi! 3ato
Looking for a slice of life manga about a young man who has either just finished school and is about to go out and put his feet down in the adult world for the first time, or maybe he is a late bloomer and for whatever reason he got stuck in his apartment until his thirties, and now for whatever reason he takes the first steps.

Maybe Yasashii Sekai no Tsukurikata. The MC changes career from study/research to teaching in a high school, unwilligly because of lack of funding (too young).
Bakuman There's some of that later in the story I think
Dr. Frost kind of fits, he originally gave up being on being a psychologist but at the beginning of the story he decides to go back to the university to be a teacher. but the story focuses more on him learning to understand what feelings are

Honey and Clover The series is about students in an art school. IIRC at least one of them graduates in the story and starts working in a small company, so I think it might fit.

Can't believe no one has mentioned NHK ni Youkoso! yet.
